What we collect
Account email, name (if provided), mailbox connection details (host, user, app password — encrypted), warm-up activity logs, and Stripe billing data (handled by Stripe, not stored by us).
How we use it
Solely to operate the warm-up engine (send/receive warm-up emails, check placement), show your dashboard, and process billing. We never sell your data.
Mailbox credentials
Stored encrypted at rest (AES). Used only for SMTP/IMAP operations you configure. Deleted when you remove the mailbox or close the account.
Cookies & tracking
We use a session cookie for login and Google Analytics (gtag) for aggregate usage. No cross-site advertising trackers.
