1. Service
SenderWarm ("the Service") provides automated email warm-up to improve sender reputation. By signing up you agree to these terms.
2. Account & Mailbox Access
You connect your own mailbox using app credentials (e.g., Gmail app passwords). We store these encrypted server-side solely to operate the warm-up engine. You are responsible for the security of your accounts and for complying with your mail provider's terms.
3. Subscription & Billing
Plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Trials: 7 days. You can cancel anytime from the billing page; service continues until the end of the paid period. Prices in USD.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not use the Service for spam, phishing, fraud, or any unlawful activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
5. No Warranty / Liability
The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for email delivery outcomes, lost data, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
